Your order may raise concern for us if there is an inconsistency in the information used at checkout. For example, your billing address and shipping address don't match, or information is missing. If so, we will attempt to contact you to resolve this inconsistency. We will request either a photo of the card used with only the last four numbers showing, or a utility bill with your name and address which are the same as the card on file and or shipping and billing address.
If we are unable to get a hold of you, or you are unable to provide us with additional information to clear suspicion, we will cancel and refund your order, minus the cost we are charged for processing your order. This is usually 2.9% or the cost of shipping paid, and will never be above 10% of the entire purchase amount of your order.
This is a restocking fee, and a fee for the order being processed. These fees are non-refundable, regardless of your circumstances.
